个人简介:

       裴瑾,博士,教授,博士生导师。西南特色中药资源国家重点实验室常务副主任,药学院/现代中药产业学院副院长。

       国家中药种质资源库技术负责人,中药材标准化教育部重点实验室副主任。中华中医药学会中药鉴定专业委员会副会长,世界中医药学会联合会道地药材多维评价专业委员会秘书长,中国食品药品企业质量安全促进会区块链委员会副主任委员。四川省学术和技术带头人,四川省中医药学术和技术带头人,四川省中医药重点学科——药用植物学带头人,国家一流本科专业“中药资源与开发”负责人,规划教材《中药资源学》主编。

       围绕中药资源可持续发展重大战略需求,从事中药资源保存与质量提升、道地药材品质形成机制和调控研究。构建我国中药种质低温保存技术体系,主持国家财政部、国家中医药管理局专项“中药种质资源库”、中药资源保障能力提升项目“中药资源战略性收集保存与保护”及四川省科技支撑计划“中药种质资源库建设关键技术研究及示范”等;主持“全国第四次中药资源普查四川2017-2019内业整理”,鉴定四川省46个县蜡叶标本13万份、药材3500余份、种苗2200余份;构建基于中药品质形成分子机制的“中药品质育种”研究策略,围绕红花、川牛膝、白芷等川产道地药材品质形成及新品种培育开展系统研究,主持国家自然科学基金“基于响应环境-调控合成功能基因解析红花有效成分积累的分子机制”“基于‘靶态’表型组与stacking集成学习解析番红花 ‘叶-种球’表里关系构建种球质量预测模型”、四川省“十四五”育种攻关“突破性道地中药材育种材料和方法创新及新品种选育——红花”等,挖掘中药品质特性功能基因、开展中药新品种选育,并指导生产;致力于中药标准化研究,主持/参与iso中医药国际标准“中药-西红花”“中药-红花”的制定及“泰国常用中药质量标准化”项目等。

       在industrial crops & products、phytomedicine、bmc plant biology、药学学报、中国中药杂志等发表论文两百余篇,包括一区top、高被引论文;副主编“十二五”“十三五”国家重大出版工程项目《中国药用植物志》(第三卷)、《中国临床药物大辞典》(饮片卷、中药成方制剂卷),《新编中国药材学》(第七卷),2021年获中国政府出版奖。
