1、个人简介

陈士林,男,中国医学科学院学部委员,国际欧亚科学院院士。现任成都中医药大学首席教授、中国中医科学院首席研究员、香港浸会大学荣誉教授,兼任世界卫生组织传统医学合作中心主任, cgcm(中药全球化联盟)副主席、中国质量协会中药分会会长等;为教育部“长江学者和创新团队计划”创新团队负责人,曾任中国医学科学院药用植物研究所所长、中国中医科学院中药研究所所长、香港理工大学客座教授等,并在英国皇家植物园丘园接受专业培训、哈佛医学院mclean医院做访问学者等。兼任日本东京药科大学客座教授、美国药典传统中药咨询组委员等。担任apsb,chinese medicine,《药学学报》等刊副主编。获得第二届全国创新争先奖章。

陈士林创建了基于its2的中草药dna条形码鉴定方法体系,完成专著《中国药典中药材dna条形码标准序列》,从基因层面解决中草药物种真伪鉴定的难题,被评为2016中国十大医学进展。通过全基因组解析提出灵芝为首个中药基原药用模式真菌,被nature china 选为中国最佳研究亮点推介;完成并发表人参 、丹参 、赤芝  、菊花 、卷柏  、穿心莲 、紫芝 、紫苏、黄连、红豆杉黄花蒿等全基因组图谱和相关组学研究,成功培育并获批11个中药材新品种证书或良种证书,提出并主编《本草基因组学》学科由科学出版社出版,列为全国高等医药院校规划教材,出版《药用植物分子遗传学》,奠定药用植物分子遗传学基础。完成并编著《中国中药材产地生态适宜性数值区划》,避免中药材盲目引种栽培;

获吴阶平医药创新奖、agilent thought leadership award、诺奖之星等荣誉;获国家科技进步二等奖3项。获国家发明专利和美国专利授权38项,发表论文500余篇,其中sci 论文300余篇,包括国际著名期刊nature plants, nature communications, pnas等,论文被引用3万余次。 入选elsevier高被引中国学者榜单和“终身科学影响力排行榜(1960-2019)”。
