一、个人简介

       郭大乐,博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师,四川省分析测试学会有机质谱专业委员会委员。2016年毕业于中国科学院成都生物研究所药物化学专业,主要从事中药(及其内生菌)活性成分发现的相关研究。包括基于树脂、凝胶、反相硅胶、手性填料对次生代谢产物进行光学纯级别制备;基于核磁共振、高分辨质谱、光谱(ecd,or,nmr)计算、诱导cd、单晶衍射及常见的解衍生化反应(如marfey法、mosher法)等物理化学技术手段对天然产物的绝对构型进行解析;基于细胞、动物、植物模型对化合物的生物活性及作用机制进行评估和阐述。截止目前主持国家自然科学基金、四川省科技计划项目、中国博士后科学基金等八项课题;并以通讯作者或第一作者身份在journal of natural products,phytochemistry,journal of agricultural and food chemistry,bioorganic chemistry等业内权威期刊发表sci论文30余篇。
